Tandoori Masala Recipe
Please use 2 kgs of cut chicken with 50 grams of of Tandoori Masala, 400 grams of curd and 2 limes
- Mix the Tandoori Masala with the curd and marinate the chicken.
- Grill in oven over live coals or in an open pan
- Sprinkle with lime juice just before serving.
The Chicken could be substituted with beef, fish, mutton, seafood , paneer or tofu.
