The BEST cinnamon around!

Every morning, I mix 1/2 tsp cinnamon with 1 tsp Manuka honey. I work these ingredients together until it forms a paste. Then add however much hot water (not boiling hot, just hot) and mix it really well. Since I’ve been making this every day (6 weeks), my memory has improved, I have more energy than I have had in years, and it has helped with my sleep. It needs to be THIS cinnamon and Manuka honey. It’s a miracle elixir - I swear!

Delicious Cinnamon

This cinnamon is both very flavorful and highly rated for its purity. In addition, there is some evidence that Ceylon cinnamon is helpful to the body by increasing insulin sensitivity. The more common Cassia (supermarket) cinnamon is helpful in that regard too, but it contains coumarin which is harmful to the liver in large quantities.

Product's great, but don't expect it to be as strong as Chinese Cinnamon

Replaced my Chinese cinnamon sticks with this, since I was using it on a daily basis. I knew it would be more mellow, so I used more of it. Next time I buy this I'm getting it in bulk, to save a bit of money in the long run.

Bought 2 one pound containers, one for me one for a friend. We both did the same thing, it was so different than what we were use too. We realized it was more like the old days. I love it and am glad it is got nothing bad for you. The only negative is it's a bit pricey. I guess health is worth it.
